At StartSomeGood, we will actively follow up on any failed payments for the first 10 days of the month. If a member does not pay following this 10 day period, they can still update their payment details by following the link in the failed payment email previously sent.
Please note that we can only collect payments for the current month. If your member has failed to pay for months in the past, we will not be able to collect overdue payments for previous months.
